Depois crie uma pasta: exemplo PATCH
-Depois Pegue os Arquivos que você baixou e jogue dentro dessa Pasta que você criou…
-Depois Vá na parte 1 do arquivo do patch que você baixou , clique nele com o botão direito e vá na opção 7-zip , e depois em EXTRAIR ARQUIVOS , vai abrir uma Janela , dê OK … ele começará a Extração.
